I spoke with the manager of the Unigel plant in China regards the use of fiber optic cable. My concern was all this talk about wireless etc affecting GCC's growth potential. The response was " China just authorized $48 billion for fiber optic cable installation in the next few years". China wants to intergrate the entire nation AND have control over the communications system. There is more control by cable usage than thru wireless communication. All is moving along and coming to fruition.
