I can understand why DLAV is stalling. The PR was just a bit too fluffy. What did they do, renew three contracts? Oh boy!


But can somebody much smarter than me explain why ICBM, with a $18,000 market cap and who just signed a $12,000,000 distribution deal, is going down in price today? I can't figure that one out.
