Paulmk, I couldn't find a Form 3 under World AM documenting that McBride went through with the $500,000 investment in WLDC/WLDI. Might be a good thing for him if he didn't the way the stock has been tanking over last few months and then a 37% drop today.

Or...... if something is going on (which I really doubt)......could account for our AMEX delays. On one of the posts someone suggested that SEVU/WLDI might be merging to go for a NASDAQ listing post-merger? Wouldn't that be something?

Just total guessing here, what do you think? (Why do these things always come up on a Friday?)
