Past Events are Minimul in my Future FMV Evaluation

All should know & agree the Secondary Offering was handled very badly, hence the past slide from (The 1 for 4 R/S) 4 X $1.25 = $5.00 PPS, TO where we are currently. However... the Most Important Fact Now is that uWink Now has the $9,284,300 dollars that they need to succeed, and how they have already said that they will use this money.

IE: Personally I prefer to focus on where they are Now headed,
instead of dwelling on / in the past... 2008 will gauge future FMV.

Netman Note: I try to base my own trading decisions on my own DD, research, evaluation, constant re-evaluation, insight and observations. Current UWNK trading action is STILL reflecting short-term price action trading in the overall scheme of things (try to think longer intervals with stock reactions with perspective to the company results and company / products / franchise potential). I believe most of the true FMV of this diverse company has Yet to be priced in.
