After reading up on this mess, I think Dana has a chance to recover once the BK is put behind them. If they play it right (with a small consolidation and cleanup), I think they have the chance to market solid products.

As for Tep, dunno what to say.If it takes a crash and burn followed by an agressive buyout, so be it. But in a decade we may see a smaller profitable company. All I know is it'll take a long time and a lot of investors to pull it odd.

As for Kirk, yeah, that's an oddball and I have no idea about his role.
