After reading the PR for the future nuclear container business, I have to say that was the best written PR so far from the company. It gave specific information on timing, the size of the market and length of the business. It appears that this container business for the russian market could be 100M dollars a yr for 10 yrs. This could start to ramp up in 09 for the $100M per yr thru 2020. One point that the Iceman made is most of the nuclear waste numbers from countries are on the very low side because they really do not want to reveal the true amount they have. So it is possible the waste in Russia is much higher and the business could be higher. The PR sheds some light on the % of clean up is used for containers. It looks like 10% is a good starting figure. If this is the case and Europe has allocated 14B+ for clean up it is concievable that there is another 100M for containers outside russia for NNRI. Remember to do business in the EU you will have to meet the no lead requirement.
So it looks like the container business could be a 200M per yr business.
The biecom/feecom for new nuclear plts could be a 50M+ per yr business if 10 new plts are built per yr. I calculated previous around 2-3M per plt plus adding in engineering & etc - 50M is a good guess.
Atoll is doing 80M/yr. If the company was honest with us and would tell us where the 100M order is and the back orders we could come up with a number for Atoll. My best guess is they could start to approach 200M/yr in 08.
With just these businesses NNRI could start to do 500M in 09. This does not include the new businesses purchased.
In short I do not feel that approaching 1B in sales in 09 is not out of the question. How many startup companies can do 1B in 3+ yrs?? The potential is huge. 25% net profit on a 1B is 250M divide by 60M shares = @ $4.00 times 20 and this could easily be $80 stock. PE of 25 and it could be $100 stock. The 200 dollar claim seem a little high too me. We just need more clarification from the company and an uplifting ASAP. I hope we get more PRs like this one to help guide us on their potential.
