(NMC's ) Other Mining Claims. Subject to the availability of capital, the Company intends to begin active exploration of its other mining properties during the coming years. The Company has 17 mining claims covering a 340 acre site in San Bernadino, California and seven claims covering 140 acres on a site located near Mesquite, Nevada. Independent custodial assays performed on such properties suggest that one or more such claims may be of significant value. The assays have been limited in nature and have qualified the minerals on such property as “possible reserves.”

NMC also says that the dore' bars can be further refined into bullion. The recent geophysical survey performed by Geosyntec indicated Skull Valley contains 278K+ tons of ore concentrates that contain 'various precious metals'. The 2006 financial statements indicates a substantial value for the Arizona assets.

What is this Underwriter's report, that is beyond my scope as an independent shareholder. NMC's CEO stated they wished to have meetings with market makers, and that probably means on-site visits in Arizona, which may have already occured. Notice the mention of NMC disclosing additional information to the public upon NMC filing the S.E.C. registration.

With NMC's 2007 custodial assays for the Arizona ore completed, NMC has interested 3rd parties and may be selling some ore, maybe they have. They indicated the possibility of selling dore' bars or bullion as well, maybe they have, subject to the Arizona mine regulators. In NMC's proxy statement the precious metals are characterized as platinum group metals. Assays suggest there is substantial value in the other mine claims, and the California claims now under the subsidary, California Precious Metals, LLC.

After such a lengthy period, it's time for NMC to announce good news and for a stock price improvement. If we're lucky, it'll be really good news.
