I would rather you read the filing. I see it as positive tranparency which will only help H3. This being a pink you stated earlier, they did not have to file this. The shares issued to the board only supports how much they would like to see H3 succeed. The lease is for long term with reasonable current rates based on Sq. feet. It should emphisize that this is NOT a pump and dump. I would like to see the yield sign removed from psheets as we all would.
