drenuf, everything goes to them and IF they put the money into the company to make it grow...

...how does it benefit you just because you bought the stock? Read my post again; company success does not make stock magically rise and do not forget that any publicly traded company would be foolish to pay for things with real $$$ when you can print 2.4 billion shares for free.

How can anyone argue that there is no dilution when more and more shares trade as price goes lower. Anybody ever get the O/S number or were they waiting for the pinksheets.com posting that should have been there long ago?
