Thanks for the information. It fits with the 50 for 1 F/S announced record date of 12/17/2007 (monday). Imo the share structure has been established. The distribution date for the split is 12/24/2007 ( just a week away) so IMO XXIS should be about ready to trade. Hopefully, we will see some PR'S confirming this along with providing us addditional information on XXIS stock.

Another hope is to get some information on expected performance outcomes and projected revenues to establish a favorable pps that is sustainable with growth.
