If you look under "yell.ru" yellow pages russia - you will find
"Arcadiya trevel" (St.Peterburg)and their 2 branches "Arcadia".

To me It means this are already exisiting companies - so may another buy-in idea/project of NWOG private.

"Public" (our NWOG) seems to generate a lot of money -(unfortunately not for us free float shareholders at the moment)-
in order for NWOG private to invest in different new projects.

IMO Mr. Malyshev and his "secret" investors - are quite happy with their "management fee profits" for public NWOG`s oil business + "oil handling/selling profits" + from time to time some "new share issue profits" - and for strategical reasons at the moment they don`t care much about the actual PPS.
