It is... worthless.. it would cost you way more in fees to get it converted to the new preferred share than that share would ever be worth...

Frame it, and hang it above your computer... Next time you are about to buy the next Znext, or whatever the pump of the day is... just look up at it and remember what you got for your money last time you bought a story instead of a company!
