I have been watching this board for several years but only started participating. I am new to the pinksheets. I have tried to follow all of the financial advisors advice. " BE DEVERSIFIED" which I feel I am (stocks- mostly bchips, bonds, reits, unit trusts, real estate etc...As some of us may be as you say novices, I do feel very knowlegable posters also partake on this board. I am trying to get knowledge and not look stupid at the same time. I don't vow to be a stock GURU. I try to use common CENTS in most of my choices and go with my GUTT. I feel HTRE has HUGE LONG TERM potential. Therefore I am LONG for the time being no matter what happens next week.
