I wonder if Tifford told RA taking the fifth at a civil deposition permits Judge Lynch to infer he's trying to hide past criminal behavior

If not Tifford, Jane Moscowitz certainly lecture RA about it!
Maybe on Jan. 11 RA should bring his toothbrush with him?

I won't be surprised if RA turns around and files suit against Tifford in the future... from prison
