1) why wouldn't I trade like this in a real acct?

& 2) feel free to have a look at my trading history....typically I have at least 1 or more currency pairs per day in there as well....I just tend to go more w/gold cuz it is what I've become quite comfortable with....I find it to be easier to predict in relation to how the Dow trades...altho over thle last few mos...that strat has surely gotten more difficult to do.
& this AM I did another 1st.....went long on silver & bagged $1,600+ in less than an hr....but man alive...if you think gold has some inherent risks to it....just lookie how silver trades....was sweetin there (much more so than with gold) even as it was trenden there in a very tight range...lol
& now....I do have some long aus/usd (another fav of mine)

& I must be misunderstanding you....I read as sayin you have no clue what your roi is cuz u aint a programmer....u surely can't be sayin that.....calculating your roi is simple math...so I don't know why it is you are being the Wizzard (as you say.....that's too funny...just 4 the picuture alone that develops in my mind..lol) & trying to hide your true roi from us....I guess you dont want us to know where u really stand so we can't guage where u really are. Other than that....I'm not sure why it's such the big secret?
& indeed....I feel these comps are making me a better trader...each month I seem to do better....for me, & I know u wont like this but...I think it's the challenge of it all going up against others. Being on old washed semi-pro athlete who misses the daily competition, these competitions have served to restore some of the old 'fight' in me. I still had a few more decent yrs of playin left in me (@ 28) if not for my back given up on me....had to quite all sports cold turkey by the age of 30 after it was all said & done. So after 14+ yrs of teacihng myself to become as much of a coach potatoe as my family will allow, having these monthly's has resotred some of my competitive nature back......which is one reason why it bothers me a bit that Oanda cant seem to get their act together w/their reporting....as Jester said.....sure doesn't make me want to deposit any $$$ w/em when the time fianlly does come.
