Quite a bit happening on the JV front.I know a major is very interested in at least one property.LM is now potentially on the market.
Looks to me like a major dispute is in the wings re the huge land holding surrounding LM.Theoretically TRGD has 25% of that due to the initial contract with PRO.Seems that is PRO's real target.Getting TRGD out of the large holding.
