Oh I agree, an r/s is definitely not out of the question, given the company's history. However, at this time it would be quite an imprudent move, and I think Henning and the BOD knows this.

It's statements such as

"Now comes the R/S"
"r/s just around the corner"
"only way to go is an r/s"
"company will r/s just like before"
"here comes the r/s"

that I was referring to as "bashing."
