As far as MM manipulation, fine... but as this has been in the .02's, and is now around .005, how much lower do they need to take it?

The question of OS shares and authorized shares is one that if SH is not willing to address, leads one to believe that there is something rotten here.

He is supposed to be a shareholders CEO (his own words?) and that has turned out to be goat cheese. His unwillingness to talk to us is a really BAD sign.

I can and will hold for a year... IF I get some indication that this thing is legit and the OS and AS shares are firmly disclosed.

If not, has to be considered a potential scam.
