I think this stock will continue to fall in the near future due to the double negative of tax loss selling (until EOY) and the increasing number of shorted shares. The latest short sale report for Nov. 30th shows JAVO has close to 2 million shares shorted (i.e., 1,774,894 shares). This was a 20% jump from the previous report two weeks prior. I wouldn't touch this thing until spring unless there is some new development that changes JAVO's present condition... all IMHO.
