thats inflation due to ,more money entering the economy..which is a good thing as long as its controlled..inflation means growth in a heathy economy.and easly controlled by raising interest rates..
But when inflation grows and the real economy is slowing down,what happens is jobs are cut to reduce cost.soon we are in stagflation.....no economic growth,plus an increase in jobs being lost...next step is depression...
Economist keep talking about recession.....we are already in a recession.......its stagflation where we are heading right now..
