Why those clowns aren't indicted for the things they say
publically is incomprehensible. Backdating options in
most tech companies slammed for it in the past year
was absolute BS in effect on shareholders compared
to this level of misrepresentation of AMD's prospects.

While it is easy to vent at AMD (the "whore")for its lying and misrepresentation, I suggest more people focus their attention on the "pimps". Michael Dell and others paraded in front of AMD cameras at the Barfalona launch and praised it and then promissed products by the end of the year. Well, if they can do this and get away unscathed, financially and legally, AMD will continue to receive "life lines" from them in the future. I would like to see these companies that go up to bat for AMD "pay" for their stupidity, in some way that it really hurts. They need to think twice next time AMD comes knocking.
