(OTC BB Zunge rausstrecken LKC.OB - News) announced that it has completed a bridge financing transaction to provide interim operating capital and facilitate a private offering in early 2008. Gross proceeds of the funding were $500,000. Additionally, the Company filed with the Georgia Secretary of State to change its name to "DnC Multimedia Corporation" earlier today.
