You are correct that you cannot have that many zeros. I believe that what would happen there is some kind of rounding on the split procedure so that the share count would match dollars invested because the lowest you can trade at is 0.0001. If you bought at 0.004, you are right that an acquisition cost of 0.00008/share is the correct math. My guess is this scenario:

buy 20000 shares @ 0.004 = $80.00 invested
In a perfect world post 5 for 1 split you should have
100000 shares @0.0008 = $80.00 post split

BUT probably what would occur is this
Minimum price any security is traded at is 0.0001 so
Original investment $80.00 divided by 0.0001/shr = 80000 shrs post split

Now all that aside: If anybody here really believes that a company which has just diluted the share count as dramatically as this is REALLY SERIOUS about a reverse split needs to invest in swamp land right now, or start bidding on bridges to buy.

NO SEC filings have occurred to support that FLUFF PR prior to the dilution. The only reason any company forward splits is because float is low and demand is high. What will probably happen is more fluffy pr's will ensue over the next couple weeks to try and milk more cash out of our pockets and then some stupid reverse split will be announced after market and leave us all bagholders.

THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY AND I DO HAVE A REAL RED POSITION IN THIS PUPPY.

The "valuable" TV licenses just announced are a joke. I had a very good friend who bought into a lot of TV/Radio bandwidth license deals over the past few years and he said he lost his shirt with them,

Invest carefully here and don't buy into the PR scams

Flip when you can
