Nate, It all comes down to your gut as to whether you believe in Dr.Ben. I have been following HTRE for the past 2 years feeling that the concept and revenue streaming could be HUGE. It has certainly had it's up's and downs. The prior managements were lost and had not lived up to their words. Dr. Ben has as stated in other posts been 100% dead on although opening in Dubai is possibly far fetched. After doing more DD I feel Dr.Ben has the resorces we all were hoping for. Two Years ago the stock was @ .70 on spec alone. Now that it is becoming reality .70 should be a joke in years to come.
