Dr. Ben is coming thru on every pomise he has made...

Kudos to him and HTRE for doing this the right way...

The stock price should improve slowly until the momentum guys return tomorrow and Monday...

TV exposure should be the icing on the HTRE cake....

This is actually a long term play if you so desire....I was not but rethinking that at this moment. BTW repurchased my sold 30% at .19 yesterday hoping for news today..given we only have two more business days before our stock XMAS!!!
