I know that and I told Jim at the company the same thing. I do not want the company to spend money on something like this and waste their time & money on defending themselves when they have better things to do. That is why I have pointed out these things to him. What we need to know is what is in the consultancy agreement when he recieved 50K shares for his services. Was it to promote the company and be factual??
