no, he/she cannot. Not flaming anyone, but I get the feeling that this scam is just a joke to some people and the financial damage it has inflicted is as make-believe to them as the 'company' itself. When serious true & accurate DD is presented exposing the scam, it is dismissed or, worse yet, deemed as false and the poster is flamed. One has to be in on the joke, I guess.
