spidyman, I'm not sure how long you've been around PROM but the float in August was once at 5.6 million. No matter how you look at what's going on with all these shares, they have diluted this POS once again starting in August, after they screwed us with the 200:1 RS. In turn they have delivered no news of gold sales since they PR'd last January that they were shipping gold. Even if they deliver news, there are now just more shares in the float to short. At this point, I'm just hoping to get enough of a pop to get out with my money back. 20 cents in the near term is a pipe dream, imo.
