This should shed some light on the GA concern:

1.- Why is Lott's new address showing Georgia (GA):
--- According to the 8-K filed back in Dec-05-2007, "all" the beneficial owners will change their address to GA.
Here's the section:

(1) Unless otherwise indicated, the address for each of these stockholders is c/o the Registrant, 11050 Regal Forest Drive, Suwanee, Georgia 30024. Also, unless otherwise indicated, each person named in the table above has the sole voting and investment power with respect to our shares of common stock which he beneficially owns.

2.- Why GA registration:
--- The company was originally based in FL and it was called "FIFTH AVENUE ACQUISITION I CORP." until they merged into PlanetLink Communications, Inc. which was/is based in Georgia. Check 8-K filing on Aug-06-2001 for the merger info, as well as 8-K/A for Jan-24-2002 for a description of PLKC's business in GA.
