Please consider my replies together. I am a bit hasty. That is why I bought PLKC at $0.13 on January 27, 2004. If I had been aware of the S-8, I should have realized that the price will go down, since the 33M were supposed to be offered at $0.039. At least, now, I understand more about the evoultion of this stock. I still hope to make some money on it. The more I understand it, the better. I really appreciate your help. I feel that small people in the market, like us, should help each other more, against the terrible manipulation by the market makers.
