Looks as tho we think alike. lol

I would expect them to move their state of incorporation to Nevada, and increase the A/S. Just a guess. But it is interesting that there are more preferred shares out than the A/S will allow to convert. Of course, it is always possible the shares to BFFI have been cancelled..... but I doubt it.
