SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT IPKL -ISSUE

***Actually this was not meant just for glow_beatle, the reply just came up that way.

HELLO EVERYONE!

I too was away for a while and had to re-read every post since my last entry to get clued in on what other’s have since said (what I may have missed).

In recalling the comment regarding a possible class action lawsuit brought against IPKL,
(forcing their hands in resolve their shareholders) I must ask, is this really possible?

These Pink Sheets are known (and prone) to have market fallouts, resulting in losses such as the one we’re all experiencing but that’s the gamble you take when screwing around with pinksheets.

Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling an air of regret that I didn’t sell off my shares when they were worth more than they do now. –heh!

But like many others (I suppose), I’ve also had a “pinch” of hope that the stocks would make a come-back, (then I’ll sell and pay off my credit cards LOL!) -so- I suspended the order to sell and decided to wait it out.

This was further encouraged by IPKL’s online interviews which boasts about their progress and pending deals with CHINA (their use of the word “China” gave their operation that official twist).

This clincher kept me interested so I didn’t sell off all my shares. (I wonder if many other shareholders did the same)

With each point the shares dropped in value, I amazingly gain more hope that it would rise (this was odd)

Then when the Stocks became ZERO,, I realize the value of my shares became Price-LESS.

I was then overwhelmed with Would’a, Could’a and Should’a Sold all my shares (wonder if this is what they wanted us to do) when I had the chance and used the recaptured monies for something else,,, like,, a bail of napkins.

Just think, if we sold off all our penny stocks (back to them) they can then raise the price of their shares for the NEW buyers and make out like fat rats while we all seel like BooBoo-The-Fool wishing we had kept our shares. (pulling my hair out!)

None-the-less, now I’m stuck with loads of shares that aren’t worth the characters on my screen displaying it’s figures. And than sucks.

However that’s the risk I took when buying penny stocks.

Now, then, something else came to light. -Was SMS a “Cloak” for IPKL? -I mean, are they one of the same behind “Closed Doors” wink or are they truly separate entities with one buying “or selling into” the other.

Then something yet further became interesting.

Is IPKL attempting abandon their obligations with their shareholders, thus conducting (continuing) their product sales THROUGH “SMS”?. (covert operation) wink

If so, THEN we’d be defrauded and THAT constitutes a class action lawsuit.

If IPKL receives ANY MONIES from the sales of their products through another entity (beyond SMS) AFTER having convinced their shareholders that they’re not in business (or out of business) this would be a FRAUDULENT PRACTICE resulting in imminent class action lawsuit likely brought against them BY their shareholders.

Although buying penny stocks that TANK are risks we live with, deliberately misguiding or misleading investors is a FRAUDULENT PRACTICE and unprotected by TANKing laws. (or clause) wink

Whether or not IPKL is being Fraudulent has yet to be validated, but, time will tell (as it always does). –If they are, however, it would be truly disheartening as I have had lots of faith in them regardless of their share values –Before.

I followed their product release notes (promos) for a very long time and it SOLD ME (likely many others as well)..

***Sorry for this comment IPKL but, it APPEARS what it APPEARS***
