lol. wow. that is one pooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorly written disclosure document. in fact, it might the worst i have ever seen.

there is probably a reason for that. they dont want anyone to know what is actually going on.

you could call tim and ask him. however he will probably lie about it.
