Moscow is the city with the most billionaires in the world, but the average income in russia is 220 Euro/month and this was an increase of 9% in comparison to the last year!

So you can belief that there is only a handful russians which are able to buy shares. Russia has unbelievable resources but the people are still poor. You can only become rich with connections in russia.
