These actions I think are due to the rumor that the pr will be released next week, the last week of december or the beginning of the new year, and not this week. So now daytraders and short term flippers are getting out lowering the price as having their money tied kills their oppurtunity cost of making money in other stocks since the pr won't be released soon. So if you don't have pattience don't forget to keep this on your watch list for next week.
