I just voted a 'NO' to an OS increase from 2.5 Billion to 12.5 Billion and I encourage other investors to use their proxy vote to do the same although the 'Directors' have already made up their mind to go with the OS increase

I will however approve a smaller increase in the OS, if the clause is modified
