fishin: Thanks for the input. It is an interesting topic worthy of study. Any policy applications I'd be interested in are those that would be to assist those disadvantaged to find a productive niche and have the security and dignity all people deserve.

Without paternalism, addressing the ramifications of disparities in talents is an obligation of a virtuous person and a just society.
