Did she say that all common shareholders have a good chance or is there still a worste case senerio factor in play? Someone posted that part of the common might be saved?? WHich i feel dosen't make much sense. Why? well to make the stock valuable you have to make it look good and thats by being shareholder friendly etc .... besides having just good fundamentals . So the answer is still in the hands of the BK judge? I'm in,as you know, and i have been known to gamble. And its hard to get into a undervalued stock without risking alot. I feel good about this but it may take til '09 to get relisted etc and reach fairvalue etc . I also can be reached at lordwinmore at yahoo incase someone wants to tell me to bet the farm : )
