Well I ain't saying HIX is not a good CEF to buy but you must expect volatility it went from 12.13 in June of 2002 to 8.19 in July of 2002. Pretty big swing.

It also trades very few shares today only 61,000, may be hard to get in or out at times.

I need more education.
