There is no reason to leave or bother management at this point. Town hall posted that this will be a quiet time until the deal is done. I can imagine there is a sh t load of paper work to do, so let them do it. They promised a deal and we have a deal. I don't know any specifics all I know is I get to keep my efgo shares, I'am getting an unspecified amount of shares in good life, and it will all be done by Dec.31st. We are playing in pinky land with a stock that is at .0003, if this was a fifty dollar a share stock,then I would demand much more transparecy. Go EFGO
