I applaud your efforts and have e-mailed you my share count. Won't this proxy/ fight require some money? I'm not sure I understand the process outside a normal company initiated vote. If we are trying to go outside this process, I would think we would need capital and suggested replacements for the BOD that is ousted. Perhaps you can provide a little more detail on the process.
