Have tried to add my 2 cents on the topic----If you are here speculating on a R/M----you have to keep in mind they are designed to help 2 parties---the shell holder,the "new business" owner-----If the new business has ANY real value,the resulting "re-structure" will help only 2 parties---the shell holder,the bus.owner-------------AND NO R/M will happen w/3 BILLION shares.
