OT - experiencing problems downloading IHUB...

anyone have any ideas why i need to constantly hit refresh to download IHUB..it's been a couple of weeks and only happens on this site.

have updated browser Explorer 6.0 deleted files etc....

any help would be appreciated..you can inbox me with suggestion.
