Mt, unfortunately I've emailed all the members of my congress with no reply. When I had an opportunity to speak with one of my senators...My question was politely ignored and I was asked if I was enjoying my steak. I didn't press it, since it wasn't the duck she was eating. Politics are not the issue here.
