I am well thanks and wish I was in sunny calif. instead of snow country right now. The beach would be great.

Yes sometimes it just is not worth it to post good solid DD and facts as some just won't see the real story.

After about 10 years of this same shorting and manipulation you would think that people could see the obvious.

I know they are not diluting and your mention of verifying it just sometimes falls on deaf ears.

Oh well, when they do finally let this sleeping giant go I am going to love payback for all those who have naked shorted this one along with MDMN.

Just looking at the trading or lack of on CDCH for about an hour and trades beforehand go thru at .082 and .083 on the ask and then they drop it down. Same thing with MDMN today. It goes thru at the ask with a boat load of shares and they drop it from .0375 and .038. MDMN has been slowed to where there were no trades for about a half hour.

Looking at L2 CDCH should be up around .089 or above and MDMN should be .04 or .05. Not dilution but manipulation pure and simple IMHO.
