Waiting for my entry- $.001! I do agree, why wouldthe state in a PR that the company bought a Work-Over Rig?? OOOOHHHH!!!, I'll do some more DD. Buying 10 million or so will trigger a volume alert (hopefully). This is a gamble, willing to take it with some free money.
