STATUS OF PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED NEW PRODUCTS/SERVICES

We expect that our company will grow over the next few years. Currently, we own and operate the Great Golden Lake which is a tourist destination in Fujian Province. The Company expects to acquire at least one other tourist destination during the next few months. In addition, the Company intends to acquire an educational based television station in China.
