Since you are evading my question on unauthorized trading in this stock I will assume you know a lot about who is responsible for the over-issuance. Since there were significant gains provided by the unauthorized shares maybe you know who made these gains?

Never seen a small stock with such interest in it's ore concentrates. The company says it believes the value of their minerals will meet or exceed the book value.
