high volume can clean out...

all those who want to sell - maybe even give Timothy Sykes and those affiliated with him a fairly clean way out with rest of shares - if they want to sell.

Volume was what was primarily needed - should be able to start with clean slate and move up on company developments - but they need to provide info to shareholders - IMO.
