i agree with you ,its interesting to find a established older company like this with such a small O/S. I guess they didn't like the word dilution? Yet the founder (James B. Sherwood founded Sea Containers Inc. in 1965, with initial capital of $100,000. Born in Pennsylvania, Sherwood grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and earned a degree in economics at Yale.) He's passed on so his shares must of went to his family? and none have sold? i'd be interested in finding out about that.
Most companies like this would of diluted the heck out of the shares to pay for all the aquisitions they've made.This is one unique find!
